Terms of use (beta)

ListHealth is in free beta. By using it you agree to the following.

• Results are estimates. Mailbox and employment checks can be wrong; check important contacts yourself.
• Only upload contacts you are allowed to process, and follow the email and privacy laws that apply to you.
• Do not use the service to send spam, or to build lists of people without a lawful reason.
• Free limits apply and may change. We may pause accounts that abuse them.
• To avoid checking the same email twice, we keep a one-way scrambled code of each checked email address plus its result for up to 60 days, and reuse that result for any user who checks the same address. No names, companies or lists are shared with other users. Details are on the privacy page.
• The service is provided as is, without warranties, during the beta.
